1. Objective
In a first step, we clarify together which concrete goals you want to pursue with user research. For example, do you want to learn more about the needs of your target group or improve the usability of your website?

Based on the objectives, we develop a concrete plan together with you on how our user research should be carried out. Here we determine which methods (e.g. context analyses, in-depth interviews, surveys, user testing) will be used and which target groups should be addressed.

After planning, we implement the methods from user research in a target-oriented way. Depending on the chosen method, we conduct in-depth interviews or analyses with users in their natural context, conduct surveys with a direct jump from your product or observe and interview representatives of your target group during the use of your product or that of a competitor.
